The goal of Matru-Prema Birth Services is to provide comprehensive pregnancy support for birthing women and their families in central and southern Wyoming as well as Northern Colorado.
As a birth doula, I provide physical, emotional, spiritual, and partner support through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. I truly believe in the vision of "a doula for every woman who wants one."
By partnering with clients, I hope to assist them in achieving their ideal birth.

Preparing for labor and birth begins well before the big day!  A client's relationship with the doula starts with prenatal support, and I view these visits as opportunities to assist clients and their loved ones with developing a vision and plan for their unique birth journey!
Labor & Birth Support
Continuous support throughout labor and your baby's birth
Your baby's birthday is finally here!  What will a doula do to help you through this incredible experience? From the time you go into labor, I will be there to provide support and assistance, and to empower and advocate for you so that you may achieve the birth experience you desire.
Postpartum Follow-Up
An opportunity to discuss your birth experience and check-in!
The immediate postpartum period, also called "the fourth trimester," comes with many changes and sometimes a few challenges.  These visits will allow you to discuss your birth experience and your life with baby. I will help you identify any resources you may need and provide referrals as appropriate.
